The 2007 year has come to an end, which means that your business must perform closing procedures and make filing preparations for taxes. Take these steps to help prepare and make the process easier for your company.

Tax Forms
Buy your tax forms now. We offer year-end forms such as W-2s and 1099s for most Sage Software solutions, including Sage Abra HRMS, Sage BusinessWorks, Sage MAS 90, 200 and 500. Specialty forms also available.

  • Sage MAS 90 and 200 Users: Fill out the order form or contact Kathy Preston to order your tax forms.
  • Sage Abra HRMS Users:  It's not too late to order your W-2s! Contact Sean McCown. (603) 778-8083.  Request the Abra compatible blank 4-part W-2 forms and matching envelopes.  For the best pricing, make sure Sean knows you are an ABS client.   

Electronic Reporting
Companies with 250 or more employees are required to electronically file year-end information.  There is an electronic reporting module available in MAS 90 and 200. Contact Mary Jo Geary for more information.
